Immortal oak sage in a NM cow level

I just cleared the nightmare cow level with my level 72 werewolf and noticed strange thing - the oak sage lived much longer after grizzly and carriorn vine were dead. Then I noticed, the oak sage is imune to their attacks and just moves with aloofness :) Unfortunately I hadn't that advantage like my oak sage :)

The spirits are immune to both poison and physical damage in nightmare. (They're only immune to poison in hell).
