in any 85area/v/ ,the chests(jars etc)TC is 75,so can not drop all>q/V/66 equipments
right?

1. Most of those entries simply appear to have not been sorted into the appropriate categories. A few, I do not recognize as being in the game. Many are "spawned" from/by different monsters.

You'd probably be better off using the Arreat Summit beastiary as any sort of reference.

2. I haven't the faintest clue.
