cow level

[COLOR=yellow]I have played Diablo @ with the expansion pack LOD on and off for several yrs . I had in my hands the levels and the accesses to everything at one time now I can't remeber how to get to the Cow level or even what i have to do to open the portal for it ,let alone the items needed. so if there is some one out here that could help refresh my memeory plaese post it or send to my e-mail...thank you

Transmute Wirt's Leg and a tome of town portal in the Rogue Encampment with a character who has killed Baal in that difficulty but who hasn't gotten credit for the "Cow King quest" yet.
