Decrepify & Fanatic Zealot

I've been doing solo hell Baal runs lately, and got to hate that decrepify. It really makes you have second thoughts about using melee.

But instead of whinning about it, I've been wondering if the curse's slow down effect can be defeated by adding more IAS.

Using a phase blade and level 20 fanaticism, 11% IAS is enough to reach 8/4. Anyone knows if that speed breakpoint can be sustained under Decrepify effect? And if so, how much IAS is required?

Decrepify smacks you with a large attack rate reduction of 50. This becomes very difficult to make up with just IAS gear since IAS gear affects speed at a diminished rate.

If I've got the calcs right, with a Phase blade and level 20 Fanaticism under Decrepify, you'd need 120 IAS to reach 8/4.
