I have a question about the runes the countess often drops, I haven't killed her much. But last time, and the time before that one, she only dropped an eld <_<
Anyway, my question is: What is the highest rune she can drop?

Many places have the stats, but if you are SP I can tell this much. After too many countess runs to remember in all three levels, I have never see any runes above the lowest 9 levels. In fact El/Eld/Tir/Nef are so common, it is depressing.
