Nah, I don't think that these statements are representative for Blizzard as a whole. That "Assistant WOW Community Manager" probably just has a bad time in light of all the moaning and bitching during an obviously very stressing, chaotic pre-launch phase ;)
I actually found his comment quite amusing: "If you don't like it, then go buy EQ2" :D
PS: Assuming the Blizzard sites have not been hacked (see the "Edits" in his posts) ;)

These comments were clearly
not made by Caydiem. Someone must have managed to hack into the forum accounts, or forge the authorship somehow.
No wonder the forums are offline now.
I surely do not envy Blizzard representatives. That must be hell for them sometimes.

Seems a bit more likely that Caydiem had an easy password or someone got lucky.
