This has gotten annoying, so I'm motivated to post about it. It's happened most around bridges, so be careful. What happens is that when you use blink you teleport stright (usually) and gain some distance. I use it frequently sinec at 42 I am still too poor to own a mount. However, sometimes, you shoot beneath the world. You see yourself fall about 1000 miles and then you die. When you die, you release.
You appear dead again in the Graveyard. You release AGAIN, run back to your grave only to find that you can never get in resurrection range because it's located 1000 miles from you. You run back to the spirit healer and then lose 25% off of your entire inventory.
Talk about a risky spell at the moment.
