Hi Lurkers!

Just found this forum and it looks really cool. :)

I have a few questions that I'd like to ask. If anyone could help I'd be very grateful.

First Arkaine's valor, I have never been able to find this item with the monk. Is there some reason why, in the "off the disc" version of hellfire, the monk can't have it?

Second Griswold's edge, how good is it as a Diablo killer sword? Are there better ones?

Third, does anyone have any advice to really good weapons/shields to look out for with each character class? I'm thinking along these lines.

Warrior; sword and shield

Sorcerer; sword and shield or staff

Rogue; bow or ??

Monk Staff or ??

Any ideas of what would be useful?

All of your questions are answered either in the archives, at the Freshman

Guide, better known as "The Guide" <http://www.lurkerlounge.com/jarulf/>. The
two best tips I can give you is use the search function here at Griswold's Shop
and if you find something in the guide that does not make sense or you think is
wrong, use the search function here at Griswold's Shop. Seriously, every one of
your questions has been answered at least once, and your questions about what
equipment to use has been debated endlessly in many threads both here and in
other forums.

Hmm, I have other sites you can visit for more information, but read everything
at Freshman Diablo first. In fact save everything from Freshman Diablo so you
can read it again later. Claudio's Page for almost everything you might want to
know about rogues <http://www.claudiospage.com/>. Realms Beyond Diablo for lots
of helpful information, the Iron Man stuff applies even to normal games,
<http://realmsbeyond.net/diablo/>. The Sylvan Cliffs by the great LoG, heed all
the LoG says <http://geocities.com/lemmingofglory/>.

Thanks for the info. I say check that out. OH, and sorry for the gross delay in replying but I've been away over christmas and this is the first chance i've had to log in.

Cheers again and I'll pop back if I have any further questions. Still, could you tell me if the monk EVER gets the "Hall of heroes" quest? I've never found in yet.

Sorry but I have no idea. I've never played Hellfire. Check the section of the guide regarding quests and search the Lounge if you can't find it. Most problems with quests seem to be not recognizing them or properly initiating them.

Quest selection is not character class dependent.
