Catlyn, do you use a shield? If so you should pick up the shield given from the ghost at the Westfall Lighthouse from the Murk-Eye quest I belive. It looks just like the wheel to a pirate ship. Might be immediately soulbound though, so might not work. I'll look into it more if you're interested.
