I only recently got into CAD, but it's rapidly become one of my favorites. :) A few others that have proven fun over the year:

Penny Arcade
It's Walky! and Shortpacked!
VGCats
USEAST: Werewolf (94), Werebear (87), Hunter (85), Artimentalist (78), Meleementalist (76, ret.)
USEAST HCL: Huntermentalist (72), Werewolf (27)
Single Player HC: Werewolf (61, deceased), Werewolf (24)

To be honest, I liked DCI when it was a sprite-based comic using art from the Black Isle/Bioware games (Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, etc). The author's drawing talent has improved since he began drawing the strip, so the dialogue and plot have taken a backseat to the curvaceous Beatrice and Teagan. Wordplay and sounds are what crack me up--I have a hard time laughing from image alone. (That's why I love Futurama so much. "Oh my God! What if the secret ingredient is...people!" "No, they already have a drink like that: Soylent Cola."
"Oh. How's it taste?" "It varies from person to person." :D)
UPDATE: Spamblaster.

Hmmm...very hard choice since I read a whole lot of webcomics. But my top picks would have to be:

PowerPuff Girls Doujinshi

The Order of the Stick

Something Positive
"You can build a perfect machine out of imperfect parts."
-Urza

He's an old-fashioned Amish cyborg with no name. She's a virginal nymphomaniac fairy princess married to the Mob. Together, they fight crime!

The Blizzcon Class Discussion:
Crowd: "Our qq's will blot out the sun"
Warlocks: "Then we will pewpew in the shade"

This one from CAD just cracked me up, I still giggle when thinking about it, it's just something in the expression of his face!

Sluggy Freelance

Like you couldn't tell. :)

I also read MegaTokyo and 8-Bit Theater.

Edit: Added a Sluggy reference to the strip that defines "Bun-Bun" for me.
At first I thought, "Mind control satellites? No way!" But now I can't remember how we lived without them.

BTAF is the zestiest comic out there. But, maybe I'm biased, since I live in Edmonton.

Bertrand Russell forever.

I read tons of web comics. Somewhere in the range of 40 or so (a handful of which aren't updating very regularly). Some of my favorites are (of course only unmentioned ones):
Questionable Content
Bob and George
Real Life
Sam and Fuzzy
and Applegeeks

There are a ton of others which I really like, but these are the more consistant ones that I enjoy. Of course I love CAD, sluggy, and S-P as well as many others.
Stormrage
Raelynn - Gnome Warlock - Herbalism/Alchemy
Markuun - Tauren Shaman - Skinning/Leatherworking
Aredead - Undead Mage - Tailoring/Enchanting

Dethecus
Gutzmek - Orc Shaman - Skinning/Leatherworking
