Stormrage - Stormwind Escorts and Beyond

I would like to get as many people together to do the stormwind and winterspring parts of the chain. Tomorrow night around 7 or 7:30 server time sounds good. Hopefully we can get that done, hit Hinterlands then maybe move the group on to a raid in Scholo or Start.

I know people who have solo'd all this but I took part in the CA raid that did it, and that is just a lot more fun. So the crazy gnome will be around tomorrow night to do that. I'll help anyone with the BRD jailbreak who may need it before that as well. I should be on the server most of the day tomorrow.

I won't be available till 8:30 either, but I would really love to do Gnolack's and Aleri's Masquerade with them. I hope you won't go without La Mage, but understand perfectly if you decide to. You've got a big agenda!

By Hinterlands, do you mean Wintersprings? The step in the Cave after which you are teleported to Haleh for the step that leads you to the Drakefire Amulet? I'd like to get a little of my own back in that cave as that was a very unpleasant half hour for me solo, so I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I vote Stratholme too just because I have quests in there, but a raid's about loot, I guess, so I'm up for whatever. I just want to see "SW on fire," as Tal characterizes Stratholme.

IIRC Hykim needs to do the escort as well. I can try to get on earlier to do the escort with you guys but I'm not holding my breath that it will happen. Of if you wish I can go with you guys at 8:30ish. :)

I really would like to help out but tonight happens to be the only night this week that i have plans and they start at 7:30. Talk about timing :P

Thanks to all who were able to help out. We had a small 9 man raid for the escort which got a little sloppy because we were trying to have fun. The little gnome fell and we almost lost Darian but Sharanna used her Lay on Hands to save him. Fortunately we had a priest out of combat who rezzed the crazy gnome so we were all standing at the end.

The raid went down to 8 people for the caves in winterspring and much fun and revenge were had by all there as dragonkind fell left and right to our mighty blows.

Then we get yet another fellow lurker through jailbreak when the goof squad took Hykim through BRD and escorted that silly bugger Windsor around the prison block. It was great fun seeing the druid use all her abilities to help us crush those dastardly Dark Irons.


I have to say while you can solo the Stormwind escort and winterspring caves, raiding it as intended (or closer to as intended) is just more fun and satisfying. :)
