Uh... no? I turn it off specifically to download the update and yet it still takes forever and a day to be done... I'm stuck at 1%... >.<
Blizzard really needs to take care of this, I'm losing invaulable gaming time!

Weirder still... If I'm surfing the web at the same time, the d/l actually goes faster... If I'm doing nothing but the d/l... well... no d/l'ing happens... o.O
