My fiancee and I recently moved into a new apartment, and our first housewarming gift was a pair of black kittens, brothers. They have yet to be named. They're both playful, evil, and generally weird.
So, we need help naming them.
Our ideas thus far are:
Damien and Dante
Fred and George (of Harry Potter fame)
Raistlin and Caramon (from Dragonlance)
Either that, or other ideas are welcome. They will both be named at some point tonight, so suggestions need to come quick :)

Scrack and Ploik. Best to name the kittens after words they will respond to: and 'scrack' is the sound of the lid of a can of cat food being pulled open, while 'ploik' is the sound of kitty kibble hitting a plastic food bowl.

Hi,
"The naming of cats is a difficult matter." :)
How can we name them? We don't know them. In forty-seven years of having cats, a few dozens of them over that time, I never named one. I just waited till the cat told me its name.
But if you need a pair of 'working' names, how about, Smoke and Shadow?

The fiancee appreciates all the ideas thus far, but her only real comment is "Please stick to names I can pronounce." Bhag'thera is out then :)

Din and Discord.
All alone, or in twos,
The ones who really love you
Walk up and down outside the wall.
Some hand in hand
And some gathered together in bands.
The bleeding hearts and artists
Make their stand.
And when they've given you their all
Some stagger and fall, after all it's not easy
Banging your heart against some mad buggers wall.

I should have also thought of Minneapolis and St. Paul since I am sitting 10 minutes north of downtown Minneapolis right now. D'oh.

Funny you say that!
Today, I left my wok sitting out on my butcher's block, and when I went to go and hang it, I found a sleeping cat curled up inside of it, which I found really amusing. I called to my wife "Look, dinner!" She looked, and was not amused. Would have made for a funny picture.
