ok i put alot in critting spells so that i could get free crit heals in guild runs. im now doing pvp and i noticed that on seal of command ill get the holy damage to crit frequently but the melee doesnt. i thought that happens b/c i have alot in crit spells but someone is telling me that not only are both the holy and melle based off of melee crit but so is the hammer of wrath which is also considered holy but based off of melee crit %.
Any help would be appreciated. thanks

As far as I know, Seal of Command is based off of your melee crit. I'd assume that Hammer of Wrath is based off of your spell crit.

I would say it's based off weapon crit chance. It deals double damage on a crit and can miss. We would, of course, need parses to prove either way.
