There should be somekind of button to change the screen options in every computer... pity if the one you have hasn't.

Maybe this will work.
Try to play diablo in a window. It is done like this:
1) Create a shortcut of Diablo to your desktop (if you don't have one)
2) Select the shortcut and choose properties
3) add -w to the end of the path,
for example. From this:
"C:\Games\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe"
to this:
"C:\Games\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -w

PS: This should be in Worksshop or in Atma's tavern... but don't worry, mod(s) will move it most likely :)

I don't know if there would be a way to fix it for Full Screen play, that would depend on your laptop's specific video driver.

You may want to try running Windowed, which would at least let the game run with proper aspect ratio. Create a shortcut to run the game like:

"C:\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -w

THe path, of course, should point to the folder the game is installed to. The important part here is the "-w" at the end, which tells the game to run in a window.

EDIT: Grrr, my view was set to "Outline" instead of "Linear", so I didn't realize there was already a reply to this until after postig mine.

Where's that "Delete" button?
