You can get them from most gaming sites, as well as ATI's official website, in standalone and bundled versions, with the bundle including the Catalyst Control Panel. If you don't have it already, make sure you get Microsoft's .NET Framework v1.1 before you get the new drivers, because the Catalyst control panel won't function without em. ATI has a link to the download for the .NET framework on their site.
