I'd think a warrior or two backed up by a good priest or four would be the top rep earner in AV (Besides the hunters :P ). Charge, spam WW, sweeping strikes, and MS. Get sheilded, fear, rinse, repeat.

Running in with your shield, turtling in Defensive Stance, and spamming Demoralizing Shout (especially if you have 5/5 Booming Voice) and/or Piercing Howl is more efficient. Sad, but true.
