Healing in MC

*shrug* different classes heal differently. If you're on the emergency monitor and actively taking damage, Holy Light's too slow, Flash of Light's too weak, and HLrank4 is both too slow and too weak. If I keep people topped off, though, I can be efficient and when the heavy hitting starts I can drop a heal in time to make a difference.

What I described earlier does happen, though. There's always the healer or two who will top charts but still have their partymates bitching about deaths. With nearly two healers in every group, there's no reason people should be dying to anything short of an instant effect.

One additional thing we like to do to help DPS is have a group like this:

Moonkin Druid (+3% spell crit aura)
Mage
Mage
Mage
Mage

The Mages love it. :) They do need some extra attention with healing but we are pretty good about cross-party healing.
