Terenas - Server Lag Issues
#1
Lastnight, there were reportedly Blizzard people on Terenas investigating the reported server lag issues.

This thread has some information about what has happened so far, nothing to in-depth except that they have verified that the lag is not just spike issues, but generally all the time bad:

Tech support thread here for ongoing discussion, and I assume updates:

There is some discussion that eliminating use of sync'ed Damagemeters and Threatmeter will possibly help in the meantime.

The good news is Blizzard seems to have acknowledged the issues, the bad news is there is no information on what can or will be done to help alleviate them.
Conc / Concillian -- Vintage player of many games. Deadly leader of the All Pally Team (or was it Death leader?)
Terenas WoW player... while we waited for Diablo III.
And it came... and it went... and I played Hearthstone longer than Diablo III.

On that note, Morde has requested that we just disable DM for the run on Friday in case you missed his post on the Keepers board.

Mav, Treesh and I have been pushing this as you all know anyway because well what little lag you can control the better.

It's all just zeroes and ones and duct tape in the end.

Yeah, we've had wide experience with that stuff on SR already.
