As folks have noticed, we're growing bigger. There have been some minor incidents that have come with that growth. I don't consider any of them major incidents, but they are occuring more frequently and have been getting a bit bigger each time. And no, it's not just one specific instance that prompted this. With growth comes changes, but we expected that when we first started this guild. So, we're going to actually start using the minimal ranks that we put in place on the first day we created the guild.
There are still not going to be official officers, but not everyone is going to be at the Lurker rank anymore. There will not be a set number of those with the Lurker rank. Those who will remain at that rank are not going to be asked to do anything different than they are already doing. There is no added pressure or responsibility on you. Just keep doing what you've been doing. :) EDIT: With the exception of if you invite an alt/person into the guild, make sure you either fill in the public note or promote them so they can themselves if it's just an alt of someone. If you aren't at the Lurker rank, this doesn't mean "OMG she hates me!" (unless you're tal;)) I am going to keep just GG and myself at the Lounger/Boss Lady ranks though.
If any of our guildies have concerns, comments, questions, or complete hatred gnawing away at their innards, please post here. If you aren't comfortable with that, feel free to PM me instead or whisper me in game.

[st]Boss Lady and Lounger ranks have all checkmarked.
Lurkers can do it all but remove members.
Lounge Lizards can only Speak/Listen to guildchat, promote and Edit public note.
Who are you? can speak and listen to guildchat.
If you don't have your forum name/main's name in your public note, please do so ASAP or if you're at Who are you?, poke someone to put it in your note for you so you can be promoted up. PapaSmurf, I'm assuming those Du_ chars are yours, but put in a public note anyway and you'll be fully promoted.;)
