What are the closest to perfect items that you've ever found? It's fitting even if it's for a specific build, like the last of my three.

My only contenders are a:

60% Mithril SWB of Swiftness, 1.5 mean damage from perfect bow for PKing DSC/GPOTW cheaters. =)
40%/+19 Obsidian Amulet of the Zodiac
30%/+11 Gold Ring of the Stars
40%/10 AC Obsidian Large Shield of the Ages

Shouldn't be too hard to trump those. =o
