If you haven't already, hang out in the inn, there is a triggered event there.:)

The bartender there sells Rumsey Rum, which is 15 stamina for 15 minutes. Well worth picking up a stack or two, and very cheap from this vendor too.

Also check the names on the various NPCs. Almost all of them are noteworthy.

The CoT instances have been some of my favorites. I was worried about the 'o noes the bad guys are messing up history' story line at first (it tends to be lame a lot of places its used), but they really pulled it off well. I am sure Hyjal will be a blast when I get there (WC3 mission was really good). Hopefully they add some more CoT instances in the future.
