Got to the vendor yesterday and have just done some testing.
The +2 does apply to Swipe.
The +2 does not apply to Pounce, Rip, Rake and Lacerate.
The +2 probably applies to Autoattack, Mangle, Claw and Shred but these have damage ranges and I don't have enough numbers to be confident.
