Take it back to Office Depot again, and point out that the box did not contain what was advertised. Escalate to a manager if possible. Don't get all angry or raise a stink, just calmly make your point. I don't see how any reasonable retailer could refuse a refund or suitable exchange in a case like this.

It would be kinda like buying an XBox game, only to find out the case had a Gamecube game inside. It's not what you paid for.

Nevermind ... I finally found the XP/2000 version on the disc. Was a secondary install option on the splash screen. After searching all the directories on the disc, etc. etc. Finally found it.
