[split] CEL/CL2 Image Viewer and "Maker"

Does anyone have working links to the CEL/CL2 image viewer and the CEL/CL2 "maker", that was on the thedark5.com website? Or anything that can create CEL/CL2 files?

For anyone else looking for The Dark Graphics tool, I had a good friend upload it somewhere it should persist as a functional download for quite awhile; so here is a mirror for the latest version (I think) of it.
