Is Adria Lilith

I just finished reading the first book of the Sin Wars trilogy and began to wonder whether Adria is Lilith. I remmeber reading somewhere (not in the book) that she said she helped Diablo to return. So would it not make sense for Adria to be Lilith who discretely is helping Diablo and so for this reason unlike others she did not flee Tristram but rather came there after the Darkening of Tristram.

She does look odd and some NPCs are somewhat "scared" of her, so she could be Lilith or someone alike...

I severely doubt it's intended (because Lilith wasn't even mentioned in any D1 material), but it's cool anyway.
