A patched up and modded Titan Quest Anniversary Edition game has been released by the new developers. Steam is giving it away free to those who owned the previous Steam version. For everyone else it is only $5.
As a result there is now a tremendous resurgence of players.

Darn, I guess I missed the $5 sale. Is TQ worth $20? I never really gave it a chance.

It is an excellent game. I'd say it is worth the money. If you liked D2 you will enjoy Titan Quest It is highly replayable, and there are several excellent mods. Look at it this way; I already own the game on the original disc and I paid $5 more for this new edition. It contains the original game + the expansion + improvements.
My user name on the Titanquest.net site is Cleglaw, btw.
edit: And it is being actively worked on by developers (even though it is an old game)
