Sorry, I never noticed that there was a report button. When I opened the thread and saw that it was porn, I backed out immediately to not raise any flags at work.

I reported most of them. In the process of reporting them I got sidetracked by other threads I found more interesting and forgot which I had already reported. I'm not sure if it is good or bad that I found looking at a discussion about SOJs sold to merchants more interesting than looking at more porn...

I'm working on it as we speak. The people who can fix it are more likely to see it in guild forum, strangely enough.:D Sciscelf and a bunch of other suspicious names on the same IP won't be posting here anymore, at least not until they change the IP they've been using for a year.

Hmm... the only serious complaint, other than the annoyance at spam, I have is that given the number of families we have running around, there's the possibility that kids might encounter it.

Maybe put restrictions on who can post what based on timeline? Is it possible to prevent people from posting pictures until X amount of time has passed? (subject to personal requests to post information of course) It might curb this. Just thinking about adding a step in the process to make it more annoying for potential spammers.

The forum already has the ability to disable showing posted images, but right now it doesn't distinguish between smilies and external content. It'd be nice to split those into separate categories, so that members can block external images without breaking smilies. That'd at least cut down on accidental loads of unwanted images, especially if showing external images defaulted to false for guests/new members.

For Mozilla users, there's also the sledgehammer approach of disabling images from third party sites. Breaks ad servers, and should break unwanted external images here, too. Of course, some corporate sites are so broken that they display wrong when you block third party images.

We used to have it on Pizza Burgers when I lived on the farm.

PIZZA BURGERS

2 lbs. hamburger
1 can Spam
3/4 lb. cheese
2 tsp. oregano
1 c. pizza sauce

Brown hamburger, season to taste with garlic powder, pepper and small amount of fennel seeds. Do not add salt. Grind the Spam with the cheese. For cheese use either Velveeta or 1/2 pound Mozzarella with 1 part Cheddar. Mix hamburger, Spam, cheese, oregano and pizza sauce. You can also add a can of mushroom bits and pieces. Spread mixture on an open hamburger bun half. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes. Makes approximately 24 burgers.
