Yes, it was hosted by BestBuy. Yes, some of the questions are just pointless, but there are other good bits in there.
Elsewhere, I have found out that if you have a digital download, you can actually install the game on the 14th rather than having to wait until the 15th. Still can't play of course, but at least you can get it installed quicker.

Even if you pre-ordered the game elsewhere because it's cheaper and you actually want to have a D3 box like me, it looks like you can pre-install the game even now and then unlock it when the box arrives:

Amusing to see their forum script censor "Hell".
On reading further, it seems they have no intentions of making the UI scaleable in any way, which is a pity because the chat window is ridiculously tiny.
