Stunning monsters

What percentage of a monster's max hp must one take off in order to stun the monster?

While we're at it, what's the percentage for players?

Last I heard, it was about 1/8 or 1/12 to cause stunning.

I believe it's 1/12 for monsters and players.

Also if you're stunned (with the white swirly over your head) you will be send into hit recovery animation even if you only take 1 damage
