Namco and Sega Merger

I was reading NY Times a little bit ago and I saw an article that Sega has a new bidder. Apparently Namco, one of the worlds largest arcade game producers has entered the market. This could be an interesting combo, the makers of Sonic the Hedgehog combined with the company the produced Pac-Man, two classics and much more. What do you all think?
I think this will be a good combo, especially for Sega! :P

I am kindof hoping for this...

At least do not let Microsoft gobble them up...

Though the irony of Nintendo buying out Sega would be good...but I don't think Nintendo is in a position to do that...
