AR x 4 "feature" / "bug".

Just like the title, and following description, display. Is the AR x 4 "feature / bug" of old still present in 1.10? Or has it been removed in favor of actually editing the .txt files, like Blizzard SHOULD be doing, with an upgrade of 4x AR for monsters? :P

Inquiring minds want to know, and it is crucial information for mod-makers (not to mention players, in general). ;)
