I don't think they will make any. It will take hundreds of run to have much chance to get even one rare rune. That is not something I would be willing to endure. Probably more like tousands, since the odds are .000x for most of them or worse.

Since Diablo II is past its prime, blizzard spent time to restructure the focus to online play, and specifically ladder play. The high end rune words like Breath of the Dieing, etc were part of the draw to get people to play ladder season 1 online. They were not made available to regular battle.net players, and especially not for single player.
The sad truth is, single players won't (99.9% wont) make a Breath of the Dieing even if they play a character for the next few years. Blizzard never intended these rune words for Single Player.
