We could use it to buff casters who are 'cusped' between terrible and decent FR -- it'll help survivability of them in various fights. It may not be a bad idea, since you can stuff 15 in a BRS -- a decent warrior, and about 3 priests, the rest whomever needs the buff -- 3 priests would make for easy buffing of multiple people, only needing about 3 or 4 re-MCs to get any remainders..
