I think the one thing we can safely bet on is that there is some kind of bug in those shots :)
If it's not a display glitch bug then +min damage (and possibly + max damage too) are factored in before ed% is applied
If max damage is affected then this means that the Burizas around now will jump to around 1000 max damage - extending the trend that there are only a few powerful weapons in the game and the rest "suck"
If it's min damage only then min damage based builds with cruels and diamond bows/phase blades will be way over-powered. The min damage affix will simply be 4 times as strong with a 300% weapon
This may of course get corrected for the final version
