I understand that rush you're talking about. I'd get it from major tanking duties that my party was doing for the first time (the Archaedus encounter in Uldaman sticks out in my mind.)
I don't remember any solo quests that gave me that feeling, but the Warrior quest is a raid quest, so I guess I'll never get that feeling from a quest :)
