I have been reading of people that have just used the beta install and not the retail discs because there was no content added between the times of the end of beta and the discs being processed . You need to go to the account creation page, http://signup.worldofwarcraft.com/ , and create a retail account. Then you'll be able to log in and play normally (this assumes you have a US retail CD-key and a credit card that bills to a US, Austrailian, Canadian, or New Zealand address, or they have the game card thing working). If you're asking questions about the european beta, my official answer is "I don't know".
