I emailed the people who made those PSAs and I got a response.

My email:

I was recently linked to your two PSAs, and I after watching them I
felt I had to send you some feedback.

No other PSA has ever driven its message home as well as these two
have.  They are shocking, sure, but so is domestic violence.  I'm not
really surprised that you can't air them on TV, but I will be sure to
send the links to as many people as I can.
