She'll still sleep you and ressurect Mograine. However, the ressurected Mograine won't have aggro on the group, so only Whitemane returns to the room. Thus, you can fight each of them seperately.I found that that 'exploit' tends to cause the earlier named bug where she won't successfully res mograine. Both times my party did it it caused it. Just as easy to just keep fighting, mograine is quite a wuss and can easily be tanked by a warrior/paladin while the rest of the group takes care of Whitemane.
I loved the SM. As said, it has great loot and the xp is very nice too. The cathedral is tricky, especially if your puller has never done it before (nothing ruins your day like 10 elites going gunzo on your party). The spoils are well worth it. Nearly all drops are insanely good.
as for drops, take a look at these:
Mograine
Whitemane ( personally find the helmet slightly better than the amulet)
Herod (by far favourite of warriors due to it being fairly easy for them and the loot best tailored towards their needs)
Houndmaster Loksley (not exactly dazzling, but very easy to reach)
The 'locked' instance bosses drop very nice stuff. Cathedral remains the most popular for it having 2 of the best bosses.
I myself am going past the SM stage (rapidly approaching level 42), looking towards the instance in the southern barrens at the moment (with the (undead) quillboars). I don't know how high those go though. I've seen spectres as high as 40+ at the beginning of the instance and we were well away from the boss. We didn't make it that go.
I'm up for SM as well. I could stil lreally use most of the drops and the xp is very nice. Just ask me along sometime.
