Vandalism based on wrath vs. fun I guess has the same argument as angry murder vs. planned murder. Either way it's wrong, but if the person is mad it makes more sense why they did it. Apparently, Artega got really pissed at someone, and thought of destoying property as a way to get back at them that wuld work better than starting a fight or something like that.
