EDIT: To be read in a rolling iamb a la 'Jack and Jill' ;)
Jacques Cousteau met
Jacques Rousseau
To table his general will.
JC proclaimed
"It's a dangerous trade!
But I love every thrill!"
All night they worked
Distributing perks
To loved ones far and near
When all of a sudden,
Arriving at "cousins"
Thirst struck and JC 'nounced clear
"To Davey Jones
I'd gladly go
For just one pint of beer..."
JJ complied,
But suddenly died!
His Guiness held so dear.
JC perused
His final news
To see just what it tabled
"What th'ell means this?"
He shook his fist
"My will's inseparable?"
HAHAHA It has balance issues. :)

But whate'er I be,
Nor I, nor any man that is,
With nothing shall be pleased till he be eased
With being nothing.
