Hollywood's Self Inflicted Wound

What happened after the cross is the most important part of the story, but what happened on the cross and in the days leading up to it make a pretty powerful message. It is hard to imagine a greater degree of self-sacrifice for the benefit of others than what Jesus went through in those days. Through his death, Jesus put to practice a great deal of his teachings on how to live. That story can make a good movie, although I've yet to see if this one fits the bill.

Use of original language and subtitles is a level of realism I can do without, though.
