Well, according to Extended Play, FFVII: Advent Children is an hour-long movie set two years after the events of Final Fantasy VII. I caught a clip on the show, a pretty impressive sequence with Cloud dodgin spells on a motorbike, then him and Sephiroth dueling a bit. Dunno if that's what your link shows, though.
It was kind of disquieting, though, seeing those two done 'seriously'... One with an almost feminine sissy-boy 'hey look I'm a goth in black' look, the other with a sword the size of a surfboard...
