Diablo behaving strange?

Hi,

When I equip Mindcry(+15 resist all) to my sorcerer who has 70 % on all resistances they all go up to max.

Since Max is 75%, there's nothing strange here at all.

On B.net my character has three dots, although I have just killed Diablo two times.

The dots have nothing to do with the number of times you kill Diablo. You get one dot for killing Diablo on normal difficulty, two for nightmare, and three for hell. So, if you avoid killing Diablo until you get to hell-hell and then kill him there, you'll go from no dots to three.
