In my experience non-native speakers of English tend to have spelling and grammar superior to native english speakers. Only non-native choice of wording is awkward to native. Being non-native, they don't experience the cultural colloquialisms, phrases, and nuances of a native english environment as much. People tend to be very diligent and selective when using a language foreign to them--not wanting to embarass themselves.

That sets the standard very high, but it is not the quality but the attitude that matters.
"You'll have to deal with my poor writing because I refuse to try and make it nicer"--is unacceptable. That attitude will only get you ostracized.
Attempting proper form is for your own benefit as much as ours. If it is unread-able in its current form, you have not communicated and your voice is not heard.
