What?

Some prot paladins get nightfall (the +% magic damage axe from MC) to use when they aren't tanking. Since any amount of dps they could do with a better weapon is offset by the extra damage is provides the casters.

Also prot warriors are just as worthless as prot paladins when they aren't tanking. Druids are unique in their ability to switch between dps and tanking.
