"yuo = fagot" is a common jeffkism, spelling and all. As for pronunciation, to paraphrase a friend of mine, leetspeak is pronounced the same as normal English; you jut have to sound stupid while saying it. (Not to mention that "equals" sounds considerably stranger than "are a". :P)
