My first thoughts while reading:
- No more Endless-Mana-Supply-Paladins! (Hopefully!) ... it was ridiculous
- many, many improvements for the interface; I had a macro which displayed to me how many reagents I had for a particular spell (like Greater Blessing of Kings, Waterwalking, etc.) I can now safely ditch those.
- A tendency to remove the excessive advantages of bigger, organized groups versus smaller, more casual oriented groups (hardcore vs. family so to speak); Reputation gain while in a raid group etc.
- Alas, also more emphasis on Outland vs. The Old World, many new flightpaths seem to reflect this, such that you can breeze through Azeroth, and also the added chance of dropping Essences for Outland elementals. I liked the strict dichotomy of essences and motes between Outland elementals and Old World elementals.
One thing caught my eye:
I did this quest with my dwarven rogue to gain Exodar reputation. Yes, it was possible. Here is how: Accept the quest, invite a Draenei player into your party, let that player use her/his Gift of the Naaru ability while standing near the target, Quest completed.
