Looking for "on striking" items

Can anyone help me to compile a definitive list for posterity?  Or just for people looking to create builds that trigger lots of effects (like me!).

This lists the suffixes of skills that can show up on magic and rare items. It seems wrong since I could have sworn that I've seen weapons with "x% chance to cast Amp Damage", but that skill isn't listed under the necro skills.

As for set and unique items? Without checking the item database over at the Arreat Summit, I can think of a few off the top of my head. There's Laying of Hands, the Heaven's Set polearm, Atma's Scarab, Earthshaker, the Lightsaber, and Goldstrike Arch.

Are you looking to create a specific character (spamazons I heard are fun)?
