Regardless, the census site I'm looking at shows them at 15%, with hunters at a little more than that. And you should be looking at 1/8 which is 12.5%, not 1/9 (add Paladins and Shamans together).
The rest of your post is rambling, except that you seem to want them to balance around the 1% of warriors that are in Naxx and killing C'Thun.
